Silas Amos
Design Thought

Eye Emporium are a small, family run opticians competing with the big Highstreet chains. Our brief was to make them ‘the go to’ – not just the trusted locals, but a destination for style too. In short this was an opticians seeking greater brand visibility.

The design strategy was to play with the trope of the classic eye test, creating an eye-catching identity with a cool monogram and ‘must read’ copy idea. From cloths and cases to in-store posters and tote bags, each delivered with an offbeat sense of humour and confidence for maximum stand-out.

Results

Sales grew almost immediately by 10%.

"Silas really got to the heart of the brand quickly and with focus (pun intended). The research process was excellent and seamlessly translated to execution. The way Silas and team brought us all on the journey also was very important and how Silas managed stakeholders is a real skill he has – challenging and supportive in equal and necessary measure.”
